iBet, the online sports betting flagship brand of the Claymore Group, has announced this week that it has turned to Fast Track to provide the central platform for its CRM.
In a statement, the operator outlined that it has chosen Fast Track’s CRM as the platform to centralise the orchestration of all communications and rewards for its players. It noted: “With a focus on cutting-edge tech and data-driven operations, iBet can take full advantage of the real-time data and automation capabilities offered by Fast Track CRM.”
iBet offers sports betting with top odds across a wide range of sports as well as a diverse portfolio of online casino games.
The firm’s CEO, David O’Callaghan, said: “Our ambition is to provide real-time service to our players to achieve the highest customer satisfaction. The partnership with Fast Tracks enables us to communicate to our players at the right time with the right message.”
The Fast Track CRM is a platform designed specifically to help igaming operators scale. It enables operators to centrally orchestrate all of their CRM activities and automate the majority of their engagements.
Fast Track will soon also provide all of its partners with access to flexible, powerful machine learning capabilities with its Singularity Model, a new engine designed specifically for building 1:1 experiences. It will allow operators such as iBet to take advantage of advanced machine learning and computations to action real-time observations of their players.
Simon Lidzén, Co-Founder and CEO of Fast Track, explained: “We are excited to work with iBet. It is clear that we are very aligned in terms of our shared passion for technology and using data to drive experimentation and decision-making. We look forward to seeing them take full advantage of the flexible, granular data and reporting available within our platform.”
