Ivan Rozic, EveryMatrix: how 2025 truly became our tier one year

By | December 19, 2025

2025 has marked a new era for EveryMatrix’s commercial strategy and this shift has paid dividends, creating one of the company’s most successful years to date.

That’s according to Ivan Rozic, Global Commercial Director at EveryMatrix, who sat down with SBC News to reflect on a whirlwind 2025 including new commercial faces and a tier one ambition.

Asked for his reflections on EveryMatrix’s performance in 2025, Rozic was confident that the numbers would back up his anecdotal evidence – that 2025 could break company history.

“Sales is a very easy profession to measure,” he said. “By year’s end, you don’t have to sit down and talk a lot. You just put the numbers out, and it’s pretty glaring. I think that 2025 is going to be going down in the books as one of the best performing ones, at least when it comes to new businesses and deals that we brought into the company.”

Rozic stepped up into his role as Global Commercial Director at the end of 2024 as EveryMatrix restructured its commercial operations to have a centralised team of regional experts who would focus on securing either modular deals with tier one clients, or large turnkey deals with other customers.

With faces such as Rozic, Daniel Clark, Richardt Funch, Mark Schmidt and Russell Colvin in this team, EveryMatrix boasts significant experience and nous in iGaming which has made the transition a seamless one.

“It’s never been clearer for EveryMatrix on what the goal is and this is to become the biggest B2B provider out there in the years to come, and this has been giving us the motivation and very clear signal where we need to go and what kind of deals we really want to do.”

The strategy, as mentioned has yielded strong results. The company has struck deals with the likes of BetTom, BetGoodwin and Ken Howells as the UK plays a bigger part of its ambitions.

But looking at the tier one side of the sector, EveryMatrix has boasted deals with bet365 – one of the world’s biggest regulated operators – and the Danish state-owned operator Danske Spil

Bet365 has taken EveryMatrix’s casino content on board, while Danske Spil will be integrating the supplier’s casino and bingo platform in time for next summer.

Rozic reflected on these milestone deals, outlining that they underline EveryMatrix’s tier one targets.

“Those two deals probably optimise the most of how our strategy was actually tier one rather than solely turnkey. Of course, I don’t think I can see a scenario where bet365 decides to switch all of their operations to a provider globally.

“The fact that we’ve managed to find a solution that fits both of those organisations actually shows two things. One is how flexible our products are because for both of them, we were able to take the same product stack and customise it so that it fits their needs.

“The second thing is that it highlights how focused we are on their needs, so that part of caring about their business is actually what comes forward in this.”

But rather than dwelling too much on 2025’s achievements, Rozic was eager to look ahead to 2026, which will begin in a busy fashion when the industry descends on Barcelona for ICE 2026.

While an important date in the calendar, Rozic is composed about ICE and recognises that business won’t necessarily be won or lost on the show floor.

“The goal is to utilise these events to reflect and show to the industry what we’ve done in 25 so in Barcelona, it’s going to be even more about bragging about what we’ve done so far, not only in 2025 but the last years as well.

“We will not be sort of gaining or losing business because of the show itself. We really want to make it just one of the milestones throughout the projects where we meet up, because everybody’s there.”
