Paysafe has confirmed the appointment of Rob Gatto to the newly created role of Chief Revenue Officer (CRO), charged with spearheading the payment group’s international sales strategy.
Joining Paysafe’s executive management team, Gatto will be tasked with developing the sales functions for Paysafe Card, Neteller and Skrill brands for the critical markets of gaming, travel, entertainment, crypto and broader fintech industries.
Gatto is a seasoned technology executive, former co-founder of San Francisco enterprise community Ureeka, helping SMEs launch their ‘go-to-market’ strategies.
Paysafe underscored Gatto’s diverse technology background, having executed successful commercial strategies for Tubemogul – a “programmatic video platform acquired by Adobe Systems for $540m; NeuStar Inc, a cloud-based, information services company; and as CEO at PointRoll Inc, a leading provider of digital marketing technology”.
Chief Executive Bruce Lowthers identified Gatto as the outstanding candidate to lead the payment group’s international growth strategy, commenting – “Rob is an outstanding leader with a proven track record of implementing growth strategies that deliver positive top-line and bottom-line results.
