Spotlight Sports Group will bolster its Cheltenham Festival coverage with the launch of a new mini-series in partnership with Paddy Power.
The live daily show, which will be named Good Morning Cheltenham, will be presented by Racing Post’s David Jennings – who will be joined by a number of guests including Paul Kealy, Mick Fitzgerald, Matt Chapman and Paddy Power.
“Our roster of productions continues to grow ahead of the biggest festival in the racing calendar. The daily mini-series gives great insight for Racing Post and Paddy Power viewers from our team of journalists and tipsters,” said Sam Houlding, Spotlight Sports Group Chief Commercial Officer.
“Our in-house production team continues to deliver strategic content solutions – along with an end to end production resource – which makes distribution easy and effective for our clients.”
The show will be broadcast across the Racing Post YouTube and Facebook platforms, with content clipped in real time “to distribute the best analysis across the Racing Post, MyRacing and Paddy Power social channels”.
Paddy Power, spokesman for the Irish betting firm, said: “Good Morning Cheltenham will prick the ears of racing fans and get them under starters orders every morning of The Festival. We will have the latest news, tips, market movers and talking points all laid out for viewers each day, and the best bit is they won’t even have to get out of bed to get up to speed before the off.”
Good Morning Cheltenham is the latest in a collection of in-depth Cheltenham focused shows produced by Spotlight Sports Group, including the daily live watch-along show Racing Post Live with Betfair and the ante-post betting show Upping the Ante with bet365, along with preview show In the Know with Coral.
