Police in Wigan have released CCTV images of a man wanted for questioning after a reveller at a Bongo’s Bingo event at Monaco Ballroom in Hindley, Wigan. was physically assaulted outside the venue in what appears to be an unprovoked, homophobic attack.
The assault occurred after the popular bingo event finished as the man was waiting outside for a taxi. Without any reason, the attacker aimed a host of homophobic slurs at the victim before physically assaulting him.
