With Father’s Day rapidly approaching, Buzz Bingo, the UK’s largest retail bingo chain, is celebrating the occasion with a free drinks giveaway.
The free drinks giveaway will be available at all of Buzz Bingo’s 91 bingo clubs and adult customers can visit their local Bizz Bingo club and order a free pint of Carling lager or, a soft drink for bingo goers in Scotland.
The Chief Retail Officer at Buzz Bingo, Peter Brigden, said of the offer:
“We all know it’s been a tough year, and many of us have really missed spending time with family and friends.
“That’s why we’re helping people make the most of Father’s Day this year and celebrate everyone coming back together again – because nothing beats a good catch up with friends and family over a free pint and game of bingo.”
Customers at Buzz Bingo will be given a voucher when buying bingo tickets. The voucher will then entitle those in England to one free pint of Carling lager, whilst in Scotland, customers are entitled to one 16oz post-mix soft drink of their choice.
Retail Outlets Stepping Up the Promotions
The Father’s Day promotion by Buzz Bingo is the latest in a series of exciting events filling the Bingo calendar. This week Buzz’s biggest rivals, Mecca Bingo launched their Junemas event.
Mecca’s bid to reclaim a Christmas lost to lockdown, kicks off the weekend of National Bingo Day on Sunday 27th June.
The UK bingo sector has been reeling from the pandemic lockdowns. More than 20% of bingo clubs across the UK have closed in the last 18 months. However, early signs are encouraging with bingo venues reporting strong customer numbers.
Whilst bingo companies have been getting creative and generous with the offers and promotions, bingo clubs are reporting a healthy mix of old and new customers in the venues.
