888 Holdings, one of the most famous B2B brands in the iGaming industry, announced that the company has taken another important step that will significantly improve its position in the industry.
It recently announced its entry to Virginia, and on that occasion, launched its SI Sportsbook in the state.
This time, this popular brand entered into an acquisition deal with the well-known operator, William Hill, to acquire a partner’s non-US business from.

After the agreement was concluded, 888 Holdings announced that it had set up a leadership team, adding that William Hill’s CEO Ulrik Bengtsson and chief financial operator Eric Hageman would leave this community.
Among the veterans who will continue cooperation with 888 are ‘’CEO Itai Pazner with CFO Yariv Dafna to be his right hand, chief strategy officer Vaughan Lewis, chief operating officer Guy Cohen and not-so-long-ago presented chief risk officer Harinder Gill.’’
Harinder Gill will take up his position starting on August 3.
