BETER Gains Approval to Supply Content in Florida Market

By | December 24, 2025

BETER has expanded its footprint in the United States after obtaining vendor registration in Florida, clearing the way for its fast-paced sports and esports content to reach bettors in the state. The approval represents another step in the company’s strategy to grow within regulated U.S. markets and brings its exclusive table tennis tournaments to a new audience.

The vendor registration was issued by the Seminole Tribe of Florida dba Seminole Gaming, which also regulates sports betting activities in the state. With the approval in place, BETER has officially entered the Florida market, making it the fifth U.S. state where its Setka Cup product is available to customers.

Setka Cup Launches on Hard Rock Bet

Following the registration, BETER’s Setka Cup table tennis tournaments are now accessible through the Hard Rock Bet platform. The offering includes live video streams, real-time data feeds, and betting odds, allowing customers to place wagers while matches are in progress. The Florida rollout marks the first time Setka Cup has been available in the state.

Setka Cup forms part of BETER’s wider portfolio of fast-betting content. Across its operations, the company supplies live streaming, data, and odds for close to 700,000 events annually, spanning both esports and traditional sports. Each event supports as many as 50 betting markets, and the company reports that its products deliver an average operator margin above broader market norms.

BETER also plans to introduce additional content to Florida bettors in the near future. The company expects to integrate its proprietary ESportsBattle tournaments into the Hard Rock Bet platform.

Integrity Oversight and Product Scope

All competitions provided by BETER operate under monitoring by its internal Integrity team. The company stated that this oversight ensures compliance with transparency requirements and maintains adherence to fair play standards across its events.

Commenting on the Florida approval, Chuck Robinson, Chief Revenue Officer at BETER, said: “Securing vendor registration in Florida is another major milestone for BETER and a clear signal of our growing momentum across regulated U.S. markets.

“Launching Setka Cup with our partner Hard Rock Bet is particularly significant, as it allows us to introduce our fast-betting content to Florida bettors through a highly trusted sportsbook platform. We see strong long-term potential in Florida and are excited to continue building our presence here. Our esports content, particularly ESportsBattle, will also be going live soon, further enhancing the overall betting experience in the state.”

Regulatory Strategy and Wider Expansion Plans

Valeriia Tarchynska, Chief Legal Officer at BETER, highlighted the importance of regulatory engagement in supporting the firm’s expansion.

“Obtaining vendor registration in Florida reflects the strength of our regulatory strategy and the expertise of our legal team in navigating the complex U.S. regulatory landscape.

“We are grateful to the Seminole Tribe of Florida dba Seminole Gaming for their cooperation throughout the registration process. This approval further supports our broader U.S. expansion plans as we continue securing licenses and launching our products in key regulated states, including Ohio, Arizona, Kentucky, and others.”

With Florida now added to its list of approved jurisdictions, BETER continues to advance its presence across multiple regulated U.S. betting markets.
