BETER Gains Arizona License, Expands US Betting Reach

By | March 13, 2026

BETER has added another US jurisdiction to its footprint after receiving approval to operate as an event wagering supplier in Arizona. The license, issued by the Arizona Department of Gaming, allows the company to provide betting content, live streams, and real-time data feeds to licensed operators in the state.

Through the authorization, the supplier can distribute its fast-betting products locally for the first time. These include the ESportsBattle tournament series and the Setka Cup table tennis competitions, which feature frequent, short-format matches designed for continuous wagering opportunities.

The launch has already begun with bet365, a partner that has worked with the supplier for several years. Players using the operator’s platform in Arizona can now access both product lines.

New Market Approval Adds to US Expansion

The Arizona authorization marks the seventh state where the company now holds regulatory approval. Prior certifications were granted in North Carolina, New Jersey, Florida, Indiana, Iowa, and Colorado. The company has continued pursuing approvals in additional jurisdictions as part of its strategy to grow across the US regulated betting market.

According to company figures, its platform delivers around-the-clock coverage for more than 700,000 rapid-play events each year. These contests feature up to 50 betting markets per event and typically generate an operator margin above 7.5 percent.

The company’s esports offerings include competitions based on titles such as eFootball, eBasketball, eHockey, and eTennis. On the sports side, it organizes the Setka Cup table tennis tournaments and the BSKT Cup basketball league.

Gal Ehrlich, CEO of BETER, described the latest approval as an important stage in the company’s growth in the United States. “Securing regulatory approval in Arizona is a pivotal moment in our ongoing US expansion strategy. This marks our seventh state, and we are incredibly proud to continue our trajectory of growth in one of the world’s most dynamic betting markets,” he said.

Ehrlich added that the approval reflects confidence from regulators in the company’s products. “Our mission has always been to provide operators with the most reliable, high-velocity content available, and receiving the green light from the regulator is a testament to the integrity and quality of our offering.”

Lengthy Licensing Process

The regulatory approval followed several months of review before completion. Valeriia Tarchynska, Chief Legal Officer at BETER, said the process demanded extensive preparation from the company’s teams.

“We are proud to announce that we have successfully completed the process of obtaining the Event Wagering Supplier License in the state of Arizona.

The process took us a total of eight months and was one of the most challenging journeys for our team. However, thanks to the dedication and expertise of our legal and integrity teams, we successfully navigated it.

This milestone strengthens our commitment to delivering reliable, compliant, and transparent products to our clients.”

Tarchynska added that the company continues to seek approvals elsewhere in the country. “We continue to actively work on securing regulatory approvals in key jurisdictions, including Ohio, Kentucky, and Illinois, among others.”
