EveryMatrix has entered a content aggregation agreement in the United States with betOcean, the online arm of Ocean Casino Resort, strengthening its position in New Jersey’s regulated gaming sector.
Under the arrangement, betOcean will integrate EveryMatrix’s casino platform, which features a catalog of more than 45,000 titles supplied by over 360 vendors worldwide. The rollout gives betOcean access to exclusive content and a wide range of established studios as it seeks to broaden its reach among players in the state.
Integration Completed Within Four Months
The companies completed the technical and regulatory process in less than four months, covering development work and approval from relevant authorities. The deal introduces EveryMatrix’s connection to Evolution’s One Stop Shop portfolio in the U.S. market. As the first supplier to implement and launch the One Stop Shop solution, EveryMatrix enables betOcean to distribute content from NetEnt, Red Tiger, NoLimit City and Big Time Gaming through a single integration.
Marc Burroughes, Chief Commercial Officer, Casino, at EveryMatrix, said: “Partnering with betOcean is a crucial step in our growth strategy. Completing a full aggregation integration in under four months, including regulatory approval, shows our deep experience in delivering compliant content in the U.S.”
Ray Stefanelli, Vice President of Online Gaming at betOcean, said: “Working with EveryMatrix has allowed us to significantly strengthen our online casino offering in New Jersey.
“Its aggregation platform gives us access to premium content from some of the most recognizable game studios in the market, with further enhancements planned in early 2026 as we plan to roll out EveryMatrix Exclusive games in the next phase of our partnership.”
The companies indicated that additional releases tied to EveryMatrix Exclusive titles are scheduled for early 2026 as the partnership develops further.
Expanding North American Operations
This agreement represents EveryMatrix’s fifth content aggregation partnership across North America and its third in the United States. The supplier previously secured similar arrangements with Delaware North, betParx, bet365 and Pinnacle. The latest deal increases its presence across regulated jurisdictions on the continent.
EveryMatrix currently holds licenses in several U.S. states, including New Jersey, Michigan, West Virginia, Connecticut and Pennsylvania, as well as in Ontario, Canada. The company serves more than 300 customers globally.
The group provides iGaming software and related services spanning casino, sports betting, payments and affiliate management. Its platform architecture allows operators to select individual modules and connect them with third-party or proprietary systems. EveryMatrix employs more than 1,500 people across 16 offices in 16 countries and works with over 400 customers worldwide, including operators active in regulated U.S. markets.
The company belongs to the World Lottery Association, the European Lotteries Association and CIBELAE. In September 2023, it became the first iGaming supplier to obtain WLA Safer Gambling Certification. EveryMatrix states that it focuses on safer gambling measures and player protection while developing gaming products for regulated markets.
The partnership with betOcean adds another U.S. client to its roster and deepens its reach in New Jersey’s competitive online casino landscape.
