FanDuel and FanDuel Sports Network have expanded their collaboration with a new feature that connects live game broadcasts to real-time sportsbook activity. The companies announced the debut of Bet Tracking, an on-screen tool that lets viewers follow active wagers while watching select NBA and NHL games in markets where online sports betting is legal.
The feature links FanDuel Sportsbook accounts with live broadcasts, updating wager status as plays unfold. Fans can access the experience through FanDuelSportsNetwork.com, the FanDuel Sports Network app using direct-to-consumer or pay-TV credentials, and Prime Video. The rollout reflects a broader effort to make local sports broadcasts more interactive for viewers.
How Bet Tracking works during live games
Bet Tracking operates through FanDuel Sports Network’s internal technology, combined with FanDuel’s account-linking system. Once viewers connect their sportsbook account, the broadcast displays live data tied to their wagers, including progress and outcomes as the game continues.
The feature launched across NBA broadcasts featuring the Cleveland Cavaliers, Charlotte Hornets, Detroit Pistons, Indiana Pacers, and Memphis Grizzlies. On the hockey side, coverage includes the Carolina Hurricanes, Columbus Blue Jackets, Detroit Red Wings, St. Louis Blues, and Nashville Predators.
“The integration of Bet Tracking into live NBA and NHL games on FanDuel Sports Network represents another significant milestone in our partnership and our commitment to delivering an unparalleled viewing experience to fans,” said Mike Raffensperger, President of Sports at FanDuel.“Over the past year, our partnership with FanDuel Sports Network has elevated our brand presence, deepened engagement across our products, and proven the impact of combining live local sports with interactive technology. We look forward to continuing this successful partnership and exploring new ways to collaborate in the future as we remain committed to driving innovation at the intersection of sports entertainment and betting.”
Broader partnership adds more interactive elements
Bet Tracking represents one part of a wider set of shared initiatives between FanDuel and Main Street Sports Group. The partnership has introduced expanded on-screen odds during NBA and NHL broadcasts, along with account-linking that allows users to move easily between sportsbook and network platforms.
The companies have also worked together to broaden live programming, including shared rights to events such as EuroLeague Basketball and PDC Darts, as well as syndicated betting-focused content. Promotional offers have tied sportsbook participation to trial access for FanDuel Sports Network’s streaming service, and the partners coordinated events and broadcasts around Missouri’s online sports betting launch.
According to Main Street Sports Group, these integrations have led to higher engagement among viewers who interact with betting features during games.
Expanding connections across platforms
Beyond regional sports networks, FanDuel has extended similar functionality to Prime Video through a multi-year agreement that allows NBA and WNBA viewers to link accounts and track wagers during games. The opt-in setup does not allow bets to be placed directly on the streaming platform.
FanDuel has also continued to introduce new products, including Pass the Leg, a group parlay feature launched for NFL Thanksgiving games, and has added integrations across major leagues as it prepares to enter the prediction market through a deal with CME Group.
