Gaming Laboratories International has released a redesigned version of its GLIAccess customer portal, marking a significant update to a platform that has supported client engagement for more than two decades. The revised system introduces expanded project tracking tools, simplified approval workflows, enhanced onboarding processes, and upgraded functionality intended to improve how clients manage submissions and interact with GLI.
The launch was announced on January 19, 2026, from GLI’s headquarters in Lakewood, New Jersey. According to the company, the updated portal focuses on reducing friction across the submission process while offering clients more visibility into their projects and easier access to information through a single digital platform.
Expanded Tools And Submission Oversight
GLI stated that the new GLIAccess allows customers to monitor projects in real time, track approvals, and complete onboarding steps more efficiently. The portal operates around the clock, giving users continuous access regardless of location or time zone. In addition to current functionality, the system was built to support future development, with additional features scheduled for release later this year.
Company leadership described the update as part of an ongoing effort to refine customer interactions across all service touch points. GLI Chief Revenue Officer Ian Hughes said the platform reflects years of review and adjustment based on how clients use GLI services.

By expanding digital access and centralizing project management tools, GLI positions the updated GLIAccess as a core part of its client engagement framework.
