Gaming Innovation Group (GiG), a Malta-headquartered online casino platform, sportsbook, and media provider has announced the debut of L7 Entertainment’s brand LuckyDays in the regulated market of Ontario. This was made possible thanks to the license received by GiG from the Alcohol and Gaming Commission of Ontario in July.
The Canadian most populous province became the second market entered by L7 in the partnership with GiG, naturally, with a goal to offer players an ultimate gaming experience. Supported by the state-of-the-art GiG platform, LuckyDays has ambitious plans to become the leading operator that stands out from the crowd.
Strengthening the Partnership
Gaming Innovation Group, who in August made headlines by signing a deal with Luckiest.com to launch a brand new online casino, has facilitated the debut of LuckyDays in the regulated market of Ontario. GiG was granted a supplier license from the AGCO in July, three months after the official opening of currently one of the most attractive online gaming markets.
Commenting on the latest news, Nicola Fitton, Chief Operations Officer at GiG, said:
“We’re excited to be powering Lucky Days as one of the early movers in Ontario and further strengthens the relationship between the two companies. It’s a continued source of pride that operators place their trust in us to launch in new markets, earmarking us as a provider of choice for both tier one and challenger brands alike.”
A spokesperson at L7 said:
“Launching a brand in a new market is no easy feat, so we’re grateful for the strengthening relationship we have with GiG. Our anticipation and expectation for the brand in Ontario are understandably high, aligning perfectly with our objectives for growth and our capacity to expand.”
Attractive Ontario Market
GiG is widely known for its powerful iGaming platform, which is available to both online and land-based operators who strive to provide their customers with a complete set of top-notch gambling products and services.
Built to deliver in regulated markets across the globe, it is fully configurable with the leading game providers. In August, following the agreement with Betsson Group, GiG went live in Colombia. The platform boasts a great number of software developers and is still counting.
For L7 Entertainment, Ontario is the second market the company enters in partnership with the Gaming Innovation Group as earlier, it stepped into Sweden. Building on the wealth of experience, GiG’s nimble and adaptive technology is created specifically to be the right solution for all brands looking to expand their operations and global coverage.
According to H2 Gambling Data, the thriving Ontario market is expected to grow to an incredible €2bn in gross gaming revenue (GGR) already in the next three years, which makes it very attractive for a wide range of operators.
