Pragmatic Play, one of the most popular iGaming content suppliers in the online gambling industry, announced a very large donation to help a cause in need.
As most are already aware, a strong earthquake hit Turkey and Syria and took many lives. This unprecedented tragedy left thousands of people without homes or necessities. The earthquake occurred in the early hours of February 6, with a magnitude of 7.8 near the city of Gaziantep in Turkey, followed by another with a magnitude of 7.5 the next day.
A warning was launched immediately after, and help arrived from all sides. Many volunteers signed up to help, but donations also came in the form of food, medical components, and money.
Generous Donation
Pragmatic Play is one of the companies that contributed. Namely, it donated €100,000 to the British Red Cross (Gibraltar). The donation will be used for additional help to provide medical treatment, shelter, food, warm blankets, and winter kits.
The developer once again showed by its example how important it is to participate in humanitarian actions, to contribute and help those in need.

Giving Back
This isn’t the first occasion in which Pragmatic Play has shown its generosity outside of the gambling realm.
During 2021, the company directed its contribution to numerous humanitarian organizations, including Zibel, Cancer Relief in Gibraltar, Foodbank Lifeline Foundation (Malta-based organization), and Homeless Animal Shelter, thus enhancing many lives.
Also, in 2022, it made a donation to the Alameda Wildlife Conservation Park (AWCP) in the amount of £6,850, but also donated to the SOAR on International Women’s Day.
