Wazdan Deepens West Virginia Presence Through Caesars Deal

By | December 22, 2025

Wazdan has taken another step in its North American expansion by launching its online casino content across several Caesars Entertainment platforms in West Virginia. The rollout places the supplier’s games on Caesars Palace Online Casino, Horseshoe Online Casino, and Caesars Sportsbook & Casino, increasing the availability of its titles in one of the country’s regulated online gaming markets.

The launch is delivered through the Light & Wonder aggregation platform, allowing Caesars’ West Virginia players to access a selection of Wazdan’s established slot releases. Among the titles now live are 9 Coins™ Grand Gold Edition, Magic Spins™, and Hot Slot™: 777 Crown. Players also gain access to several of the supplier’s proprietary mechanics, including Cash Infinity™, Hold the Jackpot™, and Sticky to Infinity™, which are designed to increase player engagement within online casino environments.

Caesars Launch Marks Strategic Step for Wazdan

The West Virginia debut with Caesars builds on Wazdan’s earlier market entries in Michigan, New Jersey, Pennsylvania, and previous deployments within the Mountain State. The company first secured a foothold in West Virginia in 2021, when it received an interim supplier license that allowed it to begin establishing its U.S. operations.

Andrzej Hyla, Chief Commercial Officer at Wazdan, described the latest agreement as an important milestone for the company’s growth plans. “Launching with Caesars Entertainment in West Virginia is a fantastic achievement for our team and a pivotal moment in our U.S. strategy. Caesars is one of the most recognisable names in gaming and bringing our top titles to their online casino brands, via Light & Wonder, allows us to further broaden our reach while delivering the innovative experiences players have come to expect from Wazdan.”

Beyond Caesars, Wazdan already supplies online casino content in West Virginia through agreements with DraftKings and Fanatics Casino. The company also holds supplier licenses outside the U.S., including in Greece and Belarus, supporting its broader international footprint.

From Caesars’ perspective, the partnership adds more variety to its existing online casino offerings in West Virginia. The operator continues to expand its digital catalog as competition among licensed platforms intensifies across regulated states.

Broader Supplier Investment in West Virginia

Wazdan’s expansion comes as other online casino content providers increase their activity in West Virginia. White Hat Studios recently reached an agreement with Delaware North to supply online casino games to Betly, the operator’s online casino and sports betting brand. The deal gives Betly access to White Hat Studios’ portfolio of online casino content.

White Hat Studios also maintains a separate content distribution agreement in West Virginia with Caesars, further underlining the state’s appeal to suppliers. Based in New York, White Hat Studios now operates in all seven U.S. jurisdictions that permit online casino gaming and also provides content in Ontario.

In addition to its digital growth, White Hat Studios has begun moving into land-based gaming. In May, the company secured a content distribution deal with Gaming Arts, an end-to-end technology supplier, marking its first step into physical casino environments.

As suppliers continue to invest and expand partnerships, West Virginia remains an active market for online casino development, with operators and content providers steadily adding to their offerings.
