Latest News

Sportingtech, an award-winning platform by SBC Latinoamérica and full-service betting and gaming provider, announced the opening of its new office in the vibrant Villa Lobos area of São Paulo, Brazil. This strategic location, chosen to bring the company closer to its partners, customers and those interested in the Brazilian gaming market will serve as a hub for its operations and cater to the unique needs of this market.

Stokastic has appointed Daniel Haight as its Chief Operating Officer. Haight joins Stokastic from Yahoo Sports, where he spent the last eight years building their paid gaming products ecosystem from the ground up, overseeing all operational aspects, including product development, business strategy and P&L management. He spearheaded the successful launches of Yahoo Daily Fantasy, Yahoo Best Ball and Yahoo Sportsbook.

A subsidiary of Betsson AB has obtained its first local licenses for the newly regulated market in Peru. The licenses cover online casino and sports betting for the Betsson and Betsafe brands. Further, licenses for the Inkabet brand are expected to be obtained soon.

Following the announcement of free self-exclusion support for Colorado, Iowa, Michigan and Tennessee, The National Voluntary Self-Exclusion Programme (NVSEP) announced that, beginning this August, individuals in California will have a simple, no-cost way to take the proactive step of voluntary self-exclusion to address their gambling through NVSEP. NVSEP is working closely with the California Council on Problem Gambling to ensure that the programme fills a great need for Californians.

SCCG Managed Services (SCCGMS) has selected PLYMKR as a key partner to evolve its comprehensive managed services. This strategic collaboration combines SCCGMS’s extensive expertise and vast experience in managing tribal gaming, iGaming and sportsbook operations with PLYMKR’s innovative retail betting technology and complimentary gaming solutions.

Aftermath Interactive AB, a Sweden-based independent game studio, and Hensel Grad P.C., a U.S. gaming law and advisory firm, announced a strategic agreement to develop a skill-based poker game for launch in the US. The strategic agreement partners Aftermath Interactive’s innovative game development expertise with Hensel Grad’s deep knowledge of U.S. gaming laws and regulation. Together the companies will create a truly skill-based digital poker experience.

Spinmatic has signed a partnership deal with Blazesoft, a leading provider of social gaming solutions in the US and Canada, and its brands. Through this agreement, Spinmatic’s premium casino games will be available for Blazesoft players via its social brands Fortune Coins, Zula Casino and Sportzino.
