Supplier to enhance focus and optimise efficiency with newly created role
Playson, the fast-growing digital entertainment supplier, has assigned Vsevolod Lapin to Deputy CEO, a role that oversees several key business areas.
In efforts to maintain its presence as a leading provider within regulated markets, Playson has strengthened its C-suite with the creation of this new role. Lapin will now oversee business focus, efficiency, profit and loss, internal processes, strategy, product portfolio, and culture.
Lapin joined Playson in 2017 and has since progressed through the company, quickly being promoted from his initial role as Product Manager to Chief Operating Officer in 2022. Prior to joining the provider, he benefited from more than 10 years’ experience in strategic and brand marketing, and product management.
In his new position, Lapin will continue performing the duties of COO, which most notably include improving the game provider’s top-tier product portfolio, helping market expansion and strengthening Playson’s brand identity.
Alex Ivshin, CEO at Playson, said: “We are pleased to see Vsevolod continuing to progress in his career at Playson. For almost seven years, he has contributed greatly to the success of Playson and led us through major growth as a company.
“We look forward to seeing Vsevolod step into this new role, where his rich experience and talent will enable us to reach our full potential across regulated markets worldwide.”
Vsevolod Lapin, Deputy CEO at Playson, said: “I am delighted to embrace the new challenges the role of Deputy CEO will bring. I have enjoyed working alongside my team at Playson for many years and look forward to having the honour of taking on more responsibilities in the company.
“We continue to steadily increase our presence in regulated markets and seek to release trendsetting new content. I am pleased to lead our growing team to achieve these ambitious goals.”
