BETBY follows predictions move with media-inspired engagement tool

BETBY has moved to strengthen its offering in the marketing and promotions side of the global betting industry, having already extended its reach in areas like streaming and predictions.

The sportsbook solutions firm announced the launch of ‘Stories’ today. Stories is a new feature focused around presentation of promotions and key events, taking inspiration from media platforms.

The feature has been fully integrated into BETBY’s sportsbook ecosystem. The feature includes interactive content cards, which BETBY believes will help build up familiarity among customers and subsequently boost engagement.

“Stories is about meeting users where they already are, in terms of how they consume content,” said Aglaja Geta, Head of UX and Analytics at BETBY.

“We wanted to introduce a format that feels instantly familiar, while giving operators a powerful new way to highlight their most important promotions and events.

“It creates a smoother, more engaging experience that encourages interaction without adding complexity to the platform.”

BETBY is confident that its new feature will find success due to the increasing competitiveness across the betting and gaming sector in 2026. This competitiveness of the industry this year is hard to deny, especially with the World Cup coming up in just under two months.

Marketing budgets are becoming particularly constrained in Europe, with hefty tax regimes across the UK, France, Netherlands and Germany, to name some of the biggest examples, putting pressure on operator’s coffers.

This may make a product like Stories, with the customer engagement potential BETBY asserts it has, even more appealing to operators in need to set themselves out from their many competitors.
