Intro.community has confirmed a new board and investor line-up spanning iGaming, sports media and Nordic banking ahead of a wider, invite-only opening of its professional network this Autumn.
David Flynn, whose career includes board and C-level roles at LCKY Group, Microgaming, NYX Gaming Group and Solance, has joined as Chairman.
Britt Boeskov, formerly Chief Experience Officer at Kindred Group (now FDJ United), has also joined the board. She currently holds board positions at Better Collective, Mindway.ai, GAMING1 and MAG Interactive.
The board is further strengthened by Danny Keens, former SVP Sports and Media Partnerships at Twitter (now X) and a former executive at ESPN and 60 Minutes, as well as Erik M. Throndsen, who recently retired as Regional Director at SpareBank 1 Sør-Norge.
Flynn said Intro already has 26 investors across 11 countries, with the network spanning iGaming and the Nordic investment community.
“Intro has already proven that warm introductions work best for business and this is how we have grown our investor base at such an early stage,” he continued.
“We anticipate that this will only continue to rapidly grow as we look to launch more extensively later in the year.
“Everyone in business knows that a warm introduction works better than a cold approach, yet nobody had built a system that produced them. Therefore, we are creating an exclusive eco-system which can help support businesses achieve commercial success by having someone who will genuinely vouch for them.”
Intro not short on experience
Intro is targeting founders, investors, commercial leaders and recruiters – a potential global audience estimated at 50 million people.
Founder and Chief Executive Officer, Øyvind Kvamme-Vik previously founded SEEN, a personalised video platform used by 11 European prime ministers as well as organisations including Ferrari F1, Manchester United, Chelsea, AC Milan, Amazon and IBM.
He served as Business Innovation Director at the firm before leaving just over a year ago to establish Intro.
Co-Founder Bjørn Furnes Fjellby is also not shy of leadership roles, having founded Scout Gaming Group and leading it to a Nasdaq First North listing within four years.
Version 2 of Intro has been running in production with a controlled group of members since August 2026. The platform is due to open more widely on an invite-only basis this Autumn, a season when the firm will join thousands of other delegates at the SBC Summit.
Kvamme-Vik commented: “As AI floods the digital world with automated spam, real human trust becomes the ultimate premium.
“You cannot reach anyone here unless somebody vouches for you. AI maps the route, but humans open the door. That constraint is the product.”
