Kaizen hires Stella Voulgaraki to lead Euro recruitment drive

Kaizen Gaming, the operating company of Stoiximan and Betano sportsbook brands, has confirmed the appointment of Stella Voulgaraki as Chief People Officer (CPO).

An expert in developing human resources and talent development disciplines for tech-led businesses, Voulgaraki joins Kaizen Gaming’s senior executive leadership from pan-European IT conglomerate NetCompany IntraSoft.

Voulgaraki was marked as a key C-level hire, who will work alongside Kaizen Gaming’s Chief Executive, George Daskalakis, as the company seeks to expand its workforce within Stoiximan and Betano’s nine active operating territories.

Informing the media, Daskalakis stated: “In less than a decade, the number of Kaizen Gaming employees has exceeded 1,000 and the growth rate continues to be positive, exceeding 20% ​​each year.

“The development of our people and the attraction of new talents is of paramount importance for the company. With the addition of Stella to our team, I am sure that we will meet the challenge of further development of Kaizen Gaming in Greece and abroad and we will continue to be firmly on the list of the most attractive employers.”

During 2021, Kaizen Gaming won a major accolade, ranking 9th on the European Best Workplaces list in the Best Large Workplaces in Europe category with +500 employee workforce according to research undertaken by The Great Place to Work index.
