Playtech joins All-in Diversity Project to strengthen its ‘Sustainable Success’ charter

The All-in Diversity Project (AiDP) has welcomed Playtech Plc as its latest member, as the FTSE250 technology group commits to participating in the non-profit’s workforce diversity and employment equality and inclusion directives.  

The membership follows Playtech launching its ‘Sustainable Success’ – corporate responsibility programme, establishing the tech firm’s CSR l goals in a new decade of complex socio and environmental challenges facing all corporations.

“Sustainable Success is Playtech’s strategy for growing the business in a way that has a positive impact on its people, its communities, the environment and our industry.” Playtech detailed in its membership statement.

Moving forward, Playtech management teams will be supported by AiDP tools and data to strengthen DEI initiatives as part of its Sustainable Success programme.  

 “As the leading technology supplier in the industry, it is imperative to our success that we are able to lead the industry in building a sustainable, commercially viable, entertainment first industry — for the benefit of all,” said Shimon Akad, Chief Operating Offer at Playtech.

“Partnering with the All-In Diversity Project will play an important role in supporting our efforts to promote an inclusive culture and accelerate progress on every aspect of diversity within the organisation.” 

Playtech has further commited to track its workforce make-up to help AiDP benchmark the industry’s progress on diversity, equality and inclusion (DEI) directives.  

The operator has become the latest member to commit to AiDP’s charter, joining industry counterparts Entain, Microgaming, IGT, SiS, Caesars, Betsson, Scientific Games, Flutter, Gaming Innovation Group, and Kindred Group.
