Solas Compliance partners with Super to strengthen marketing oversight

Solas Compliance has agreed a partnership with global entertainment technology company Super to support marketing compliance across the operator’s international operations.

Under the agreement, Super will use Solas’ AI-powered platform to review marketing materials against the regulatory requirements, internal policies and standards applicable to each market.

The technology is designed to identify potential concerns while content is still being developed, allowing teams to make changes before assets reach final approval. Super hopes this will reduce unnecessary rounds of review and improve consistency across jurisdictions, channels and languages.

Neil Dillon, Founder and CEO of Solas Compliance, described the agreement as an important milestone for the platform.

He said: “Super partnering with us is a hugely important moment for our team.

“They are an outstanding operator with an international footprint, a strong culture of innovation and a clear commitment to maintaining the highest standards in everything they do.

“By bringing technology, regulatory intelligence and human expertise together, we can help marketing teams move with greater confidence while giving compliance teams the visibility and control they need.

“For us, that’s the gold standard for modern marketing compliance.”

The partnership reflects Solas’ aim of embedding compliance within campaign development rather than treating it solely as a final-stage approval process.

Compliance departments will retain oversight and control, while marketing teams will be able to assess creative work as it is produced and resolve potential issues before sign-off.

Dillon added: “Regulation is becoming more complex, marketing is becoming faster and the volume of content businesses produce continues to grow.

We believe that speed and accuracy do not have to be a trade-off. To have an organisation of Superbet’s calibre share that vision and choose Solas to help deliver it is a tremendous endorsement of what we’re building.”

Chris Binham, VP Compliance at Super, said the agreement supports the company’s commitment to providing customers with a safe and responsible entertainment environment.

He commented: “Maintaining the highest standards of marketing compliance is fundamental to how we operate, as we maintain a firm commitment to ensure a safe and responsible entertainment space for our customers

“As our business and marketing activity continue to grow and evolve, we want compliance to be an integral part of the creative and marketing process from the very beginning.

“Solas gives our teams the technology to support that approach across different markets and languages, helping us maintain consistency while enabling marketing and compliance to work more effectively together”
