Sportnco leads Betway’s charge into the French market

Sportnco has secured a major coup, becoming the lead technology partner of Betway Group’s launch of Betway.fr for France’s regulated online gambling marketplace.

Toulouse-based Sportnco will supply Betway.fr with a fully customised online gambling platform and further player account management (PAM) provisions fully compliant with French gambling laws.

The partnership with Betway follows extensive investment by Sportnco undertaken during 2020, to optimise its platform B2B services, in which the technology group currently services  36 real money gaming brands operating across 13 regulated markets in Europe.

Sportnco CEO Hervé Schlosser welcomed the “arrival of a tier-1 giant to the French market”.

“Sportnco is delighted to be working with Betway in France. The group will be a fantastic addition to the country’s online and mobile sports betting scene and brings a wealth of experience, know-how and competitive spirit to the space.”  Schlosser remarked.

“We’re really looking forward to seeing it grow and develop its presence with French players.”

France becomes the latest European market entry for Betway, with the operator having established licensed operations within Spain, Portugal, Belgium, Sweden, Germany, Ireland, and the UK.

Further 2021 developments, saw Betway owner Super Group announces that the its flagship brand was preparing for a US-IPO to be led by SPAC partner Sports Acquisition Corp (SEAH)
