T5C has established itself as a standalone sports betting technology brand, with the aim to become the best and most trusted delivery partner for all types of operators and projects.
Launched in July 2026, it marks the next evolution of the technology studio, which was initially established as the technology development unit of Checkd Group, formerly known as Checkd Dev.
With an industry track record of 17 years, the group behind T5C was responsible for the tech infrastructure that helped underpin the growth of Checkd Group, enabling the group to become one of igaming’s leading affiliates, dominating audience engagement and delivery across multiple social media channels.
Beginning its independence, T5C will focus exclusively on providing technology solutions to the wider betting sector by helping operators streamline product development, optimise technical resources and accelerate the deployment of more optimal betting experiences.
For partners, T5C aims to lead on the key integrations and the design of proprietary widgets, smart accas, bet builders, automated advertising units, affiliate products, smart bots, web and microsites as well as tailored free-to-play games.
A milestone launch
Reinforcing the launch, three of T5C’s intelligent betting products will be rolled out to Betfred, marking a significant milestone for the newly fledged company.
Ahead of World Cup 2026, Betfred launched the portfolio of Smart Accas, Trending Accas and Trending Bet Builders across its network of approximately 1,250 Self-Service Betting Terminals.
Delivery of the products has been powered by T5C’s proprietary BRUNO platform, which combines live odds, sports data and statistical trends to generate relevant betting opportunities in real time.
Building on a strong foundation
Speaking to SBC News, T5C Founder and CEO Adam Patton said: “T5C is about building betting products that deliver for partners and get used by customers. It’s not just about shipping something. It’s about building things that are useful, easy to use and shaped around the people who rely on them every day.”
T5C has already made its mark on the UK market with an established commercial track record, setting it apart from traditional start-ups. Its technology has already been deployed by tier-one operators and media brands, with the company highlighting partnerships including Flutter, evoke and News UK, alongside products powering brands such as Paddy Power, William Hill, BoyleSports and Betfred.
Patton concluded: “We have kept a talented, close-knit team together for years, which is why we can move quickly, understand the pressure around launches and build products that last.
“BRUNO is already helping partners turn sports data and betting intelligence into more relevant customer experiences, and we’re now pushing that further through automation, AI-assisted development and a sharper product focus.
“The ambition is simple: build better products, launch them faster, and help our partners stay ahead.”
By separating from Checkd Group, T5C is seeking to establish itself as an independent B2B technology supplier at a time when operators are increasingly outsourcing specialist product development to technology partners capable of delivering at speed and scale.
The launch signals the company’s intention to compete across the sportsbook, affiliate and media ecosystem, supported by an existing portfolio of enterprise clients and proven commercial deployments.
