Besides a massive win by a beloved regular, is there any better bingo news than that of a new club opening?
Club 3000 Bingo, the largest independent bingo operator in the UK, has announced the opening date for the eagerly anticipated grand opening of its brand-new, state-of-the-art club at Ocean Terminal in Edinburgh.
The date chosen for the opening is January 25, 2025, which is also the hugely celebrated Burns Night in Scotland.
This new bingo venue will replace the current venue on Manderston Street, which is set to host a celebratory party in November to commemorate its 50th anniversary.
Big Investment
Club 3000 Bingo has been constantly expanding and investing over the last few years. It can now boast 25 venues up and down the country. Having invested a whopping £5.5 million in the new venue, an extra 25 jobs will be created to supplement the existing team.
Offering 1350 seating capacity and car parking for 800 cars, the Edinburgh venue will span a total of 27,000 square feet and be the eighth Club 3000 Bingo venue in Scotland.
Brian Fraser, founder of Club 3000 Bingo, shared his excitement. He said in a statement given to Bingo Daily:
“Opening our doors in January 2025 marks an incredible milestone. We’re thrilled to join the Ocean Terminal community and bring our customers an exceptional environment with top-tier customer service and significant prize offerings.”
Club manager Alistair McBride added:
“As we prepare to open, we’re also celebrating 50 years at our current location next month. Edinburgh has a strong bingo community, and we’re eager to enhance their experience with outstanding value, exciting prizes, and exceptional service.”
