Bragg-strengthens-partnership-with-Hard-Rock-Digital-through-content-dealBragg Gaming Group has signed a new agreement with Hard Rock Digital to develop exclusive online casino games for the Hard Rock Bet platform. This expanded collaboration strengthens their existing relationship and introduces a fresh lineup of proprietary content designed to enhance player experience.

Launching initially in New Jersey, the exclusive titles will be developed by Bragg’s in-house studios, including Wild Streak Gaming, Atomic Slot Lab, and Indigo Magic. Though specific game types haven’t been revealed, most of Bragg’s teams specialize in slot development. One exception is Spin Games, which creates three-reel steppers, table games, and keno specifically for the U.S. market.

A Strategic Move for U.S. Market Growth

Bragg sees this new deal as a key step in expanding its U.S. presence. “We are delighted to announce this new content development agreement with Hard Rock Digital,” said Garrick Morris, Bragg’s SVP Commercial, U.S. & Canada. “This enhanced partnership highlights our focus on growing our footprint as a key online casino supplier in the U.S.”

Hard Rock Digital shares similar enthusiasm for the partnership. “We’re excited to strengthen our partnership with Bragg and collaborate with their talented team to create exclusive new experiences for our players,” said Rich Criado, VP of Casino at Hard Rock Digital. “These upcoming games are designed to stand out among the over 2,900 titles already available on Hard Rock Bet Casino, and we can’t wait to bring them to our players.”

While New Jersey will be the first to see these titles, future expansion into additional U.S. markets is anticipated.

Broader Strategy Includes Other Major Operators

The agreement reflects Bragg’s wider strategy to become a top content provider across North America. The company already delivers games to other U.S. and Canadian markets, including Michigan, Pennsylvania, and Ontario. It also maintains a content partnership with Caesars Entertainment, supporting Caesars’ internal games studio with Bragg’s delivery platform.

Scott Milford, recently appointed as Bragg’s EVP of Group Content, is expected to play a leading role in executing the strategy behind this and other partnerships.

Financial Growth Supports Expansion

Bragg’s strong 2024 financial performance further supports its push into the U.S. The company posted $110.5 million in revenue for the year, up from $101 million in 2023. Gross profit increased to $58.5 million, and adjusted EBITDA rose to $17 million. Although the company reported a $4 million operating loss, that reflects increased investment in growth.

Hard Rock Bet Enriches New Jersey Portfolio

Hard Rock Bet has been actively enhancing its offerings in New Jersey. In April, it launched a live trivia game show developed through a separate partnership with Playtech. Playtech also supplies Hard Rock with slots, table games, and live dealer content.

With new exclusive content from Bragg and innovative features from Playtech, Hard Rock Bet is doubling down on offering unique entertainment to its online casino players in one of the U.S.’s most competitive markets.
