Novomatic has become the first gaming technology company in the world to receive certification under the ISO 20671 standard, earning the “Certified Brand” seal following a structured evaluation of its brand performance and development potential.
The recognition is based on ISO 20671, titled “Brand Evaluation – Principles and Fundamentals,” which provides an international framework for assessing brand strength through a transparent and standardized process. Novomatic’s brand and corporate management activities in Austria were reviewed as part of the assessment.
The evaluation examined several core areas, including innovation capability, quality standards, service orientation, and overall market performance. The certification was formally presented during the International Novomatic Marketing & Communications Summit, an event hosted this year by LÖWEN ENTERTAINMENT, a Novomatic subsidiary, in Bingen, Germany. The summit brought together marketing and communications professionals from more than 30 countries.
