Playtech, one of the most prominent gambling technology companies in the iGaming industry, has signed a partnership with AMC Networks, one of the largest media companies in the world.
The partnership sees the developer getting exclusive worldwide rights to a range of AMC and WE TV branded titles, including AMC’s The Walking Dead franchise and WE tv’s Bridezillas and the Marriage Boot Camp franchise.
Playtech will develop and distribute online gaming titles that will be based on the hit series. The titles are expected to be released in digital casinos later this year and in 2022.
Signing a partnership with AMC Networks is a part of the developer’s strategy to produce branded content and deliver the highest quality of content to the online gambling operators in the markets.
The Walking Dead franchise is globally famous and has been enjoyed by viewers for over a decade and is one of the most watched TV shows in US cable history.
