Sporttrade has announced strategic partnerships with Penn National Gaming Inc. in Louisiana and Caesars Entertainment Inc. in Indiana, pending regulatory approval.

Pragmatic Play has extended its reach in the Venezuelan market after further developing its partnership with Facilitobet, which becomes the first brand in the country to take the supplier’s award-winning bingo product.

Wizard Games has further boosted its reach in the US after taking its content live on the BetMGM Casino platform in West Virginia.

International Game Technology PLC has announced that its subsidiary, IGT Global Solutions Corporation, has signed a comprehensive 20-year contract extension with the Rhode Island Lottery to remain the exclusive supplier of lottery, iLottery, instant ticket and video lottery solutions and services through 30 June 2043.

Century Casinos Inc. announced that its Canadian subsidiaries operating horse racetracks, doing business as Century Downs Racetrack and Casino (CDR) and Century Mile Racetrack and Casino (CMR), have partnered with Betmakers’ Global Racing Network for the distribution of CDR’s and CMR’s racing content as well as the facilitation of fixed odds wagering on the two racetracks’ thoroughbred and standardbred horse races.

Delasport and Winpot announced commencing a new strategic partnership allowing them to offer a comprehensive sports betting solution. This new partnership will build on both companies’ shared customer-centric mindset and goals to provide the best player experience with a rich offering.

New Appointment

Red Rock Resorts has appointed Scott Kreeger to the position of president with immediate effect. Prior to this appointment, Kreeger had been serving the Company in the role of Senior VP of Development since rejoining the Company in September 2021 from Galaxy Entertainment Group.

New Acquisition

Gaming and Leisure Properties Inc. has announced that it has completed the acquisition of the land and real estate assets of Live! Casino & Hotel Philadelphia and Live! Casino Pittsburgh from The Cordish Companies for total consideration of approximately $674 million.
