Atlantic City’s oldest casino is taking a huge technological leap forward. Resorts Casino recently added an electronic table games section to its 80,000 square foot casino floor. The new modern table games join the existing 70 table games at the property. As you’d expect many of these are blackjack games.
The new cutting-edge, state-of-the-art electronic table games area is located just steps away from the Boardwalk. The electronic blackjack games and more are adjacent to the 5 o’Clock Somewhere Bar.
In total, there are 19 electronic betting terminals. Some of the units allow guests to play multiple games at once. Electronic table game options in this area include the Big Wheel, Roulette, Baccarat, Craps and of course Blackjack. An electronic craps table with 10 positions will also be added to the gaming floor in June.

Electronic table games aren’t new to Atlantic City. What makes this stand out is that this is happening at Resorts Casino. This was the first legal casino outside of Nevada in the United States. Resorts Casino opened on May 26, 1978. The property actually opened in 1904 as Chalfonte-Haddon Hall.
Many older casinos tend to focus on the past without thinking about the future. Offering electronic table games alongside live dealer games is a big step forward for the casino floor Resorts Casino.

Resorts Casino is managed by Mohegan Gaming & Entertainment. This partnership allows Resorts Casino guests access to more than 100 dining, shopping, nightlife, and entertainment options.
Resorts Casino players can enjoy casinos, hotels, spas, and golf courses located outside of Atlantic City. Star Card members also use rewards at Mohegan Sun casinos in Connecticut and Pennsylvania.

Star Card Tier Points are used to climb to higher levels of rewards club. Live dealer table game players earn based on average bet and length of time played. Slot machines, video poker, and electronic table game player tier points are earned based on average bet, length of time played, and the hold percentage of the game.
