The acquisition represents yet another step in Bally’s omnichannel growth and distinction strategy, delivering a significant chance for the Company to introduce interactive content into beach volleyball and enhance the traffic to Bally’s platforms while promoting the customer acquisition.

Under the terms of the deal, Bally’s obtained all of AVP’s assets, involving trademarks, AVP America arrangement, membership revenue, digital photo, and video assets, as well as the software for the tournament and management of the league. Bally will further plan to take advantage of the AVP’s distribution channels, along with “Bally Sports” Regional Sports Networks (RSNs), to drive consumer engagement.
