spillemyndigheden_gives_green_light_to_soft2bet_to_step_into_the_denmarkWhile gambling in Denmark is legal, software providers must first obtain proper licensing to operate in the country. The latest to do so is Soft2Bet, a well-known casino software developer. More specifically, it requested a license which was soon granted by the Danish Gambling Authority, Spillemyndigheden.

What Products Does the Provider Bring?

Thanks to this approval, Soft2Bet will enter this market and be able to offer its casino products such as roulette, baccarat, punto banco, blackjack, poker, online bingo, and slots, as well as sports betting.

The new guaranteed license and entry into Denmark are some of the important steps of the company towards fulfilling its set goal. Namely, the supplier is working tirelessly on its expansion in the Nordics region, but also on the goal of making its presence known to key markets globally.

A few years earlier, in 2019 to be precise, Soft2Bet left its footprint in Sweden after the Swedish Gambling Authority, Spelinspektionen, approved a license.

Peter Christian Noer, Head of Country Team at Soft2Bet said: “Achieving this license is a huge moment for Soft2Bet. Our entire team has put in a tremendous amount of effort and worked tirelessly to ensure we met all the requirements and deadlines to achieve this important milestone in our company’s history. We now look forward to launching our innovative iGaming brands on the Danish market that have proven successful in other jurisdictions because of their state-of-the-art features, unique game supply, and strong player protection tools. We only launched in Sweden less than two years ago and have taken significant market shares there ever since. We are convinced that we can do the same on the Danish market before long.”

More to Come

Soft2Bet was founded in 2016, and the company’s headquarters are located in Santa Venera, Malta. The previous year was marked by several very important partnerships, including a deal with Push Gaming, Evolution, Swintt, and BetGames.TV.

However, the company’s executives are aware that they must not rely on old successes, so in the first days of the New Year, they started a series of new ones. We believe that the developer is preparing new surprises for us this year, but for now, we can only wait.
