By | April 26, 2022

The Nevada Gaming Control Board’s Enforcement Division announces changes, which will
take effect on May 31, 2022, pertaining to the submission of Gaming Device Transactions, a
reporting requirement under Regulation 14.

The Board has developed an electronic version of Gaming Device Transaction Form ENF-126, within the GCB Apps portal. Beginning May 13, 2022, the Enforcement Division will no longer accept emailed, faxed or mailed ENF-126 forms and as of May 31, 2022, licensees must submit all electronic ENF-126 forms through the GCB Apps portal. Any reporting submissions that need to be made between May 13, 2022, and May 31, 2022, will be granted a grace period, however they must be submitted as soon as feasible after the system goes live on May 31, 2022.

The ENF-126 Gaming Device Transaction form will be accessible under Regulatory Forms
within the GCB Apps portal.

These changes will become effective May 31, 2022.
